Summary: Annie, a public radio host, lives a routine life of broadcasting propaganda in the Valley with No Name as her government of “her great nation” gears up for war with an unknown adversary. When a mysterious pirate hijacks her station’s broadcasts and speaks for the radical Moon Beam movement, Annie finds herself falling in love with the voice on the other side of the rebel broadcasts. The two broadcasters find themselves in a game of secret messages and calls, leading up to Annie’s escape to freedom outside of the valley.
